It is, perhaps, bold to suggest I’ve found the secrets to harnessing peace. I can’t make such an aggressive claim about many things; however, I own this reality.
My life hasn’t always been peaceful. I fought to fulfill my misdirected vision for years as a serial-parallel entrepreneur before a monstrous, external force broadsided me and sucked me into a six-year, eight-digit legal battle that left me financially destitute.
That’s the best thing that could have happened to me.
I battled depression. I became suicidal. And while I don’t have a complete recollection of the events of those years, my angel wife – God bless her for sticking with me – tells me I was “a tiger” to live with. I was decidedly not at peace. I had to discover a new path. I had to find something better.
Harnessing Peace outlines the principles, practices, and tools I discovered in my quest for that ‘something better.’ I wasn’t even sure what that might be when I set out on my journey.
I Had to Start Somewhere
It all began with this statement: “I want peace more than I want to be proven right.” I didn’t even fully believe these words at first, but I wanted to. I had lived in hell. I wanted out. So I was willing to tell myself that peace trumped winning battles against other people with the hope this vision could somehow transform into reality for me.
My perseverance paid off. Peace ultimately prevailed in my life. And I have never been happier, healthier, or more successful.
Are You Living in a State of Peace?
I believe we all have the capacity to live in a state of peace regardless of what is going on around us or in our own lives. Living in peace requires a shift in perspective. It’s a whole new way of seeing life for many of us. It is, however, attainable for all who have a sincere desire to live in such a state.
My mission is to help people with this desire achieve this life-changing outcome.
Are you one of them?
